Galaxy Fanxing Intelligent O&M Platform 2.0: One Platform to Run Every Venue
In the daily running of internet cafés, esports arenas, and chain venues, three chores never seem to go away: notices delivered by shouting, faults fixed by driving over, and device status guessed rather than seen. Galaxy Fanxing Intelligent O&M Platform 2.0 puts all three into one system — dispatch once from HQ, see everything on one screen, and fix any machine in a single click.
1. Why a dedicated O&M platform
A single chain brand can mean anywhere from a handful to dozens of venues, hundreds of gaming PCs, and technicians scattered across cities. Operators have long relied on group chats for announcements, remote-desktop tools for troubleshooting, and spreadsheets for asset records. These tools do not talk to each other, and information degrades at every hop: a campaign notice never reaches the last machine, a fault description loses its meaning by the time it reaches the technician, and the real state of the hardware can only be checked on site.
Galaxy Fanxing Intelligent O&M Platform puts people, venues, and machines on one chain: the Operations Center coordinates, the Store Console executes on the ground, the Endpoint Client runs quietly on every gaming PC, the Remote O&M Module provides a maintenance channel independent of the main program, and the mobile and web clients keep managers informed wherever they are.
2. Four core capabilities
Dispatch once, reach every venue
Plain text, rich text, and image posts, with scheduled delivery that runs on time. Delivery receipts show which venues received a notice and which endpoints actually displayed it.
Catch issues before they bite
CPU, GPU, memory, disk, temperature, and online status in one view. Threshold alerts turn "fix it after a customer complains" into "fix it before it fails".
Straight from the browser
Take control of any machine without installing extra software. It stays usable on weak links, supports file transfer and session takeover, and logs every action for audit.
Watch your venues from a phone
Check venue uptime, endpoint health, and delivery status from the mini program — no need to get back to a desk when something breaks.
3. What version 2.0 unifies
Version 2.0 is a unification across the whole product line. The Operations Center, Store Console, Endpoint Client, Remote O&M Module, and installer now share one product name — Galaxy Fanxing Intelligent O&M Platform — and one interface language. Versioning, installation and removal, desktop shortcuts, and upgrade paths are aligned, so a chain customer no longer has to check which console build a given venue is running.
Notification also extends into private channels: with a single checkbox in the Operations Center, a notice can create a WeCom customer-group broadcast task. The group owner confirms it in the WeCom "Group Assistant", and campaigns and announcements reach every customer — without pushing anything onto the gaming PCs on the floor.
When HQ, venues, endpoints, and customers sit on the same chain, operations move from reactive firefighting to proactive management.
4. Where it fits
- Chain and value-priced net cafés: manage every venue from HQ, with standardised notices, inspections, and upgrades; a new venue is onboarded as soon as it connects.
- Single-site cafés: replace a stack of separate tools and lower the bar to "if you can use a browser, you can fix it".
- Esports hotels: see every room endpoint in one place, so faults are found by the system before the guest picks up the phone.
- Esports arenas and event venues: run pre-match checks and fast in-match troubleshooting, so the critical moment never fails.
5. Security and compliance
Operational data stays in the customer's own Operations Center, with role-based permissions and a full audit trail for critical actions. The remote channel runs independently, and every session can be audited. Notifications follow a "do not disturb the guest" default: pushing to gaming PCs requires explicit confirmation, balancing reach with the experience on the floor.
